The interior space is bright and welcoming with a fully glassed wheelhouse and a really cool saloon area. Unusually for a boat of this size, there’s masses of storage space, including wardrobes, bookshelves, lockers and a huge space below the aft deck.

She comes with a transferable central London residential mooring licence in one of London's most sought-after marinas (South Dock Marina SE16), which supports a lively social life and a great community. The marina is close to Canary Wharf and the City, so this could make a great pied-a-terre for a city worker.

There is a 10% transfer fee, payable to Southwark Council. Mooring Fees: £7,725 per year (£645 per month approx).
